All consultations will begin with a brief phone interview and/or questionnaire to determine a client’s individual goals and needs. A thorough walk-through and analysis of the exterior and interior spaces will be conducted. At this time, practical suggestions will be given for creating an aesthetically pleasing balance and flow. Any design concerns will be addressed, and organizational tips will be offered. A Lo-Pan compass will be used to determine the nine life aspiration areas followed by a detailed explanation of the Lo-Shu square and proper placement of the elements. Your personal design preferences will be respected and of course all information will remain confidential.

Cost is determined by the size of a space as well as individual objectives.

Times vary as well, but a consultation will usually last one and half to four hours. More than one visit may be required for large homes and businesses.

Interior design services are available and are billed by the hour.

Home staging consultations will be priced by the job or the hour, depending on the client’s needs and the extent of the services provided.
